Dr. Rachel Manoni, ND (née Helferty) hails from the beautiful Ottawa Valley. She grew up in a large, musical family on a small beef farm. Her love for singing, baking, reading, and learning began there. After graduating at the top of her class with the Governor General’s Medal from St. Joseph’s High School, she spent four years in Kingston, Ontario at Queen’s University obtaining her Life Sciences Degree (2009 - 2013). She then headed to Toronto, Ontario to obtain her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (2013 - 2017). She is now registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and has returned home as a Naturopathic Doctor to serve the community that raised her. She has a special interest in treating hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns and mental health conditions. She is looking forward to working with you to get the results you’re looking for as a good listener and a smart, diligent, and principled clinician.
